These Terms of Service govern the purchase and participation in the Creative Clarity Consultation offered by Gary Stripling.

1. Service Description

The Creative Clarity Consultation is a paid advisory session that provides strategic guidance and professional insight. Results are not guaranteed.

2. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

3. Refund Policy

Because this is a time-based professional service, all sales are final once the consultation has been delivered. If you need to reschedule, you must provide reasonable notice at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice may result in forfeiture of the session.

4. No Guarantees

The consultation provides professional insight and recommendations. Implementation and results depend entirely on the participant’s actions. No income, performance, or business results are guaranteed.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gary Stripling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the consultation.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, and advice shared during the consultation remain the intellectual property of Gary Stripling and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida in the United States of America.
